The Organization Committee is responsible for building  a strong local Main Street network to pool resources and expertise towards maintaining long-term revitalization efforts.  This committee works closely with the governance of our organization including bylaw review, annual meeting details, and the organizational structure of DTMS.  The Organization Committee also focuses on recruiting new members and member retention, monitoring our Friend program, and developing fund raising strategies.

The Organization Committee meets the 4^th Wednesday of each month from 8-9:30am in the St. James Hotel courtyard.
