The Design Committee is responsible for preserving local heritage and improving the physical environment of the Main Street district.  This committee works closely with our City of Red Wing staff, property owners and business managers to help facilitate physical improvement projects, protect downtown's historic buildings, and implement beautification efforts in our downtown.  The Design Committee is involved in all aspects of design that affect the downtown's image including analyzing parking, coordinating window displays, and acting as a design resource for property owners.

The Design Committee meets the 4^th Tuesday of each month from 8-9:30am in the DTMS office.
