Main Street President Declares: Those hot dogs won’t eat themselves!

This is one meeting our entire membership should attend. Take a look at the agenda:
Noon – 7:00 Rest up.
7:00 – you drop: Gather at Central Park and eat hot dogs, brats, soda, chips and listen to Beausoleil and Marcia Ball.
Attendance will be taken.
This is a great opportunity to use those social tools we learned about with Jon Schallert. Bring your phone and be ready to broadcast your 140-word status updates and photos with Twitter, “check in” with Foursquare and on Facebook Places (or if you’re getting your early adopter toes wet, Google+ for business. We are going to flashmob this sucker. Use hashtag #downtownredwing and follow us @downtownredwing
Tip: Have you noticed you can check in to just about any store (or even “red wing minnesota” itself) without actually being IN the store? We’re not suggesting you give props to all our members downtown or anything, but let’s just say you can be in more that one place at a time when you belong to Downtown Main Street.
Let’s give the “media” a day off and the “social” a big hand!
